Ball valves

GALLOPPINI ball valves assure a very wide field of applications. The reason for this is an accurate selection of the material employed together with the technical criteria adopted in the manufacturing process. In fact, our ball valves are suitable for: hot and cold water, natural gas, methane, hydrocarbons, mineral oils, fuels, solvents, compressed air, saturated vapour at 10 atm. The only contraindications is represented by those fluids, which are commonly incompatible with brass (see the list concerning Corrosion strength of the components).

Main specifications of all type of ball valves are:

stem assembled from the interior of the body in order to prevent the extraction and the burst.
double seat body - union
threads according to UNI ISO 228 and UNI ISO 10226-1-2

Following materials are used for the manufacturing of the ball valves’ components:

Brass CW617N – UNI EN 12165

Brass CW614N – UNI EN 12164
